Leverage was invited to mediate in a serious, downward spiralling situation between two South African businessmen. The concept of Cuisine Médietaire turned, within half an hour, a serious deadlock into an open conversation by presenting the history and complexity of the situation in the form of a menu from an Italian restaurant. Cuisine Médietaire was born as a concept, and within just four hours a contract was signed.

In the negotiations for the Public Private Partnertship between the Delfland Water Authority and the Delfluent Consortium, the complications of the transfer of personnel from the Water Authority to Delfluent were severely underestimated. This resulted in structural start-up and co-operation problems. As Chef de Cuisine, Leverage got the parties to share their different perceptions, which then made it possible to develop a mutual understanding and develop a common approach.

So they invited Leverage to share their differences with the help of the Cuisine Médietaire concept. Leverage led the conversation, which eventually made it possible to improve mutual understanding, remove prejudices and lay the foundation for better cooperation.
